Return & Cancellations

At KUYA JEWELRY, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, because each item is handmade and unique, returns and exchanges are subject to evaluation.

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request based on the following conditions:

  • Visible damage (such as dents or scratches not caused by transit)
  • Dirt or signs of use
  • Original packaging condition
  • Whether the item has been worn
  • Shipping costs (not refundable)

Each case is carefully evaluated by KUYA JEWELRY within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • KUYA JEWELRY reserves the right to approve or deny a return or exchange based on the condition of the item.
