Shipping Policy
We currently offer online sales exclusively to the United States.
Each piece of jewelry is 100% handmade in Peru, and completely unique—no two pieces are exactly the same. Because of this, we require 7 business days to carefully handcraft each order. Due to different reasons, This leadtime may vary, which will be communicated in a timely manner.
Free Shipping
Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped to the U.S. using a trusted shipping provider. Transit time is approximately 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- 7 days for production
- 7 days for shipping
- Total: Approximately 14 business days from order confirmation
Shipping costs are included in the final Price.
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
